FIFTH AVENUE HOUSES

These 3 spacious luxury residences were built and developed by K2H and are located on Balmoral hill in Brisbane.  The houses were curated to compliment each other yet are defined as individual homes.

House 91 is the classic home of the collection on Fifth Ave.  The exterior scheme was designed to have a heritage style with an arch framing the french window feature.  

 

 House 93 was a modern home on a 405m2 block.  The exterior scheme was made up of Sycon wall cladding with horizontal and vertical timber features.  

 

House 95 was based on our popular Gordon Street design featuring the dark monument colour scheme with white trims.
