A large scale high end home in affluent Newfarm. This dwelling features an extensive renovation and addition to the rear and side of the site. Works included a suspended slab to the new extension with a feature concrete ceiling. High end finishes included extensive stone work and polished concrete, timber flooring with feature to stairs and curved timber batten feature walls. The original fire places were retained and restored. The extensive use of fabricated steel elements can be seen in the custom designed wine cellar, pool fencing, stair balustrade and entry gatehouse.
