The two Blackheath homes were developed by K2H on a double block, which allowed the addition of a new residence along with the full renovation and addition to an existing heritage Queenslander.
​
The house was lifted and rotated to make way for extensive additions. The new residence next door was a 405 home which sold off the plan to happy owners.
