AVONLEIGH HOUSE

A large scale high end home in the river avenues of Hawthorne.  Working in conjunction with Kelder Architects and EM Design, this dwelling features an extensive renovation and addition to the rear and side of the site.  Works included a suspended slab to the upper level with high end finishes such as polished concrete flooring, granite to bathrooms and stone kitchen.  An internal and external fireplace along with pool and landscaping.  Construction completion of this grand residence was early Jan 2019.
